On Veteran's Day, I went on an adventure with my friend to City of Industry. The first place we went to was Artisan Ramen Kono. The cheese in the spring roll wasn't the right consistency, but the flavor and the crunch was there. The ramen was spot on; the garlic flavor was there, the egg yolk was runny (but that's how I like my egg, so no complaint there), the broth was at the right level of saltiness. I don't love eel, but I don't hate it either, the eel bowl at Artisan was good. Loved the eel sauce. I would definitely go here again if I'm ever in the area.
