It was one those rare days in Seattle where the sun shined and the air felt warm. I only had a few weeks left before going back to California. So I did what any locals would do. I spent my day at Carkeek Park, it was out of the way, but it was so worth it. I took a walk through the luscious green woods, watch people enjoy quality time with their family, friends and pets. After a 30 minute walk, I ended up at the beach. The beach was rocky, but it was such a nice scenery from Downtown Seattle. You can also sit and watch the train go by. It was very relaxing.
