Pool side fun 🤩 at the Royal Sands.

I stayed at the Royal Cancun, but took the bus to the Royal Sands. They’re sister hotels, so all the perks from the Royal Cancun can be used here.

Read the previous blog post for a more in depth explanation.

Xplor Park

Several things to keep in mind before entering the park.

  • Make sure to bring an environmentally safe sunblock, if it’s not they will keep it before you enter and give it back when you exit.

  • Make sure to buy a locker to store your belongings.

  • Make sure to bring an empty water bottle and keep it in your locker to drink in between activities.

Jungle theme park with fun activities.

Xplor Park is by Xcaret. They have several other parks that you can do.

Some activities that we did are:

  1. Zip lining

  2. Amphibious vehicle

  3. Underground cave exploration and water slide

  4. Unground river swim

  5. Eat

  6. Chill on a hammock

  7. River rafting

Chilling at the Hotel

Before the bar opens

Hanging out by the beach, waking up to watch the sunset, and eating as much as you want all the time.

Tulum and Cenote

Tulum
Tulum

I booked the tour through Viator. They offer pick up and drop off at the hotel you’re staying at. The tour guide was amazing! They stopped at a gas station store just for us because I hadn’t had any breakfast. Next level hospitality right there.

We went to see a Mayan Archeological Site where the governing families of the Mayan government lived.

We also went to the Cenote which had natural spring water surrounded by limestones. It was so beautiful and I’m so in awe with nature!

Hopefully, this mini guide will help you with your planning for your next Cancun trip!
