I didn’t think that I would find a shabu shabu with Vietnamese flavored soup base and ingredients that comes to you on a convoyer belt.
Honestly this place could use a bit of work aesthetically, but in the soup and the ingredients were good!

I got the Tom Yum broth & it was a little bit on the sweet side, but after you add the meats and veggies it’ll mellow out. It reminded me of the canh chua (sour soup) that my mom used to make.
Jo got the mushroom broth and that wasn't as flavorful, but he adjusted by adding garlic, soy sauce, and the cooking the ingredients in the broth also helped with the flavor.
My favorite flavor so far is the Tom Yum!
I haven’t tried the other flavors yet, I’ll be going to try it soon.
The other ingredients such as noodles, veggies are on the the conveyor belt. And everything that need to be cold and the sauces are in a buffet style.
