My mornings for work days are usually reserved for extra sleep because I know it'll be a long day. However, on this particular day, I decided that I wanted to try Phuc Long Coffee and Tea because I heard so many good things about this place, but the timing was always off.
My first impression is "this place is adorable" and that this place smells GOOD (like banh mi and coffee).
We got the banh mi (sandwich) and drink combo for $7.99. WHAT A DEAL!
There was only 2 sandwich options for the combo - roasted pork and deli meat and 2 drink options - Vietnamese iced coffee or iced matcha latte.
We got one of each and shared.
Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the iced matcha latte.
These sandwiches are 8 inches of crispy and flavorful goodness. They are DELICIOUS!
and the coffee was fantastic! They're matcha drink needed a bit more sweetness, but that's just my preference.
My sister-in-law (born and raised in Vietnam) regularly goes here. She also mentioned that these sandwiches tasted like the ones from Vietnam.
I love this wall, I might go back in the Spring for a picture with this wall in my ao dai (Vietnamese traditional dress)
I'll definitely be back to try their other items.
